I’m very happy to finally share that my first book, “When Employees Use TikTok and Managers Still Use Fax Machines,” has been published.

The book explores an issue that has been on my mind for years: the generational gap in the workplace and the challenges that emerge from differences in perspectives, communication styles, values, and ways of working.

While writing this book, I wanted to go beyond simply talking about generational differences. Much of it comes from my own experiences, real-life observations, and conversations I’ve had with people from different professional and social backgrounds.

The book looks at what happens when traditional organizational structures meet younger generations and digital-first mindsets. These encounters can sometimes lead to misunderstanding and conflict, but when approached with greater awareness, they can also become opportunities for learning, collaboration, and growth.

For me, this book began with a simple but important question: How can we understand one another better across generations at work, and instead of allowing our differences to create more distance, learn how to turn them into a strength?
